1. Cancellation Policy

  • Order Cancellation by the Customer:

    • Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting us at support@legacystationery.com or calling us at +91-9521891342

    • Once the order is shipped, cancellations will no longer be accepted.

  • Order Cancellation by Legacy Stationery:

    • We reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of payment issues, stock unavailability, or incorrect customer details.

    • In such cases, customers will be notified promptly, and the full amount will be refunded.

2. Refund Policy

  • Eligibility for Refunds:

    • Refunds are applicable only for items that are:

      • Defective or damaged upon delivery.

      • Incorrectly shipped (e.g., wrong product or size).

    • Customized products, including Diary Lekhan (customized diaries and pen combos), are non-refundable unless they are defective or incorrect.

  • Conditions for Refund:

    • Products must be returned unused, in their original packaging, with all tags and accessories intact.

    • Refund requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery by contacting support@legacystationery.com.

  • Refund Processing:

    • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days, and the amount will be credited to the original payment method.

3. Return Policy
